Our Goal…

Our goal at Daniels Bible Church Children’s Ministry is to aid parents in “bringing up their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.” We seek to supplement what parents are doing as they teach and train their children to trust, love and serve God.

Ministries for Kids and Teens

Sunday Morning Children’s Programs

We offer Nursery care for children under two years of age for the duration of our Sunday Morning activities, from 9:00 to 12:15.

Primary Children’s Education hour is Sunday Mornings from 9:00–10:15. Children five and under are welcome to remain in their classes until the end of the 10:45 Corporate Worship Service. 1st and 2nd graders need to be picked up by a parent at 10:15. 3rd–6th graders will be released from their classes at that time.

We encourage families to worship together during our Corporate Worship Service. Classes are also offered for 2’s through 5’s for the duration of the service. Children through 4th grade will be dismissed from the service at approximately 11:20 to participate in a special Children’s Worship time downstairs.

Wednesday Evening Children's Activities

Truth Seekers club meets Wednesday evenings at 7:00 for children in 1st through 6th grade. Nursery care and classes for children through Kindergarten are also offered.

Which Way Do They Go?

Our nursery is located on the main floor, down the hallway near the restrooms. This space is for children through 24 months.

Classrooms for all other children are located in our sprawling children's ministry department downstairs from the lobby. A well–equipped backpack is strongly recommended. All kidding aside, one of our greeters will be pleased to help you and your children to find their rooms.

 

We Take Child Safety Seriously!

We seek to provide a safe, secure and friendly atmosphere to accommodate your child, because we know that he or she is treasured by you and we want you to feel comfortable placing them in our care during your time of worship and study.

In order to maintain a high level of security for children through second grade, we ask that you personally escort your young children to and from class.

A sign-in/out sheet is provided for all children through age 5. You will be asked to sign your child in and out each Sunday and Wednesday, and to take a pager before leaving your child in class. Your child will only be released when you return the pager and sign them out.
